Nanette Logan named CEO of Dominion Hospital
HCA Virginia has named Nanette Logan the new chief executive officer of Dominion Hospital effective Jan.6, 2024.
Falls Church, VA (Dec. 22, 2024) – HCA Virginia has named Nanette Logan the new chief executive officer of Dominion Hospital effective Jan.6, 2024.
With more than two decades of progressive leadership experience, Logan most recently served as chief operating officer at Regional Medical Center of San Jose, CA, where she directed strategic hospital operations at the 258-bed, Level II Trauma Center, spearheading a variety of high-impact initiatives. Her efforts led to measurable improvements in patient outcomes, staff engagement and operational efficiency.
“Nanette brings a wealth of experience to Dominon Hospital and had a proven track record of driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care standards, and leading sustainable growth initiatives,” said Ben Brown, regional vice president, of HCA Behavioral Health Services.
Logan also served as the chief nursing officer at Regional Medial Center, where she achieved significant milestones, including advancing the hospital’s Leapfrog Hospital Safety score from a ‘C’ to an ‘A’, reducing nursing turnover rates and expanding the new graduate nurse program threefold.
Logan earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (in Executive Nursing Leadership from University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada.
