What made you ultimately choose Chippenham over other hospitals?
I delivered my first son here at Chippenham and the care was unmatched. I knew this was where I wanted to deliver again.

How did the team make you feel during labor?
I felt safe, cared for and important. They checked on me, validated my questions and needs and helped me when I needed it most.

Tell me about us moment when you felt especially supported or reassured? 
During delivery my nurses encouraged me and helped me power through. Immediately after baby was delivered they took awesome care of my very need and made sure I was comfortable. They answered my questions and made sure I didn’t go without anything I needed.

How was your recovery experience in the hospital?
Everyone that tended to me showed so much care. That made recovery possible.

Tell us how the staff helped you feel confident going home.
They reassured me that I knew what to do, they helped me when it came to questions I had.

What would you tell a friend who’s deciding where to deliver?
It was amazing. I had the delivery I hoped for.

Tell us about a special moment that made you really happy.
When my baby’s blood sugar finally stabilized and my nurse and I were so happy to know we had solved the mystery and had a plan to make it to discharge.
