You may register upon arrival to Retreat Doctors' Hospital, but, to save time, you may also notify us of your visit by registering online.

- Date of your scheduled procedure
- All active insurance cards
- Employer information
Interpretation services are provided free of charge. If you have a need for interpretation services, please include this information in your registration.
