Minimally invasive procedures
Minimally invasive surgery refers to procedures that allow your surgeons to perform necessary operations through very small incisions.
Though sometimes people use the terms robotic surgery and minimally invasive surgery interchangeably, both robotic and laparoscopic surgery are subsets of minimally invasive surgery.
During robotic surgery, your surgeon is equipped with a highly advanced machine that allows them to make even more precise movements while performing your operation. Some of the robot-assisted surgeries we offer include:
- Abdominal procedures for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Cholecystectomy (gallbladder surgery)
- Gynecological surgeries, such as a hysterectomy
- Knee replacement surgery
