We provide an extensive range of services, while easing the stress of an emergency with fast, effective solutions.
Emergency services
Our top priority in the ER is providing you the emergency healthcare you need quickly, carefully and conveniently. To do that, our ER offers 24/7 services, complimentary valet parking and free Wi-Fi.
While we primarily treat adults, we still provide emergency care for our younger population. If admission is needed, your child would then be transferred to one of our community pediatric units.
FastTrack ER
FastTrack ER offers access to care for less critical injuries or illnesses. This service is designed to provide care for minor illnesses and injuries that may not be immediate emergencies, but that require treatment within 24 hours.
If you are going to the FastTrack ER, you may use our main ER entrance to check in. FastTrack ER is open daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
Intensive care services
If you are visiting the ER for a life-threatening injury or illness, our intensive care units (ICUs) offer 24/7 monitoring. We also provide advanced care for if you have had neurological surgery, heart and vascular surgery or kidney transplant surgery.
We welcome family members and guest visitors in our ICU, but please be aware that nurses may restrict visitation at their discretion. Daily visiting hours are typically between 11:00am and 1:00pm, then between 4:00pm and 8:30pm.
Neonatal intensive care
Our intensive care services also expand to our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This large, specially constructed Level III NICU provides critical care for our smallest patients. We offer this service so that you can feel confident in the advanced care your newborn will receive, should they need it.
Stroke treatment
As a Primary Stroke Center accredited by The Joint Commission, our continued determination to provide high-quality stroke care comes from the experienced professionals on our team. If you or a loved one is experiencing a stroke, you are in the capable hands of dedicated emergency and neurological specialists that provide expert diagnoses and treatments every day.
In addition to treatment, we offer education to the surrounding communities about stroke symptoms and signs that require emergency care. Strokes can cause loss of speech, movement or memory, so recognizing potential risk factors is critical. You may not even realize you had a stroke until much later. so if you have any concerns, take our quick stroke risk assessment.

Know your symptoms and trust yourself
If you think you may be experiencing a serious emergency, trust yourself and get the attention you need. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you may need to head to the ER:
- Chest pain with signs of a heart attack or shock
- Concussion or head injury with any loss of consciousness or memory, headache or seizure
- Flu, "stomach flu" or severe cold with trouble breathing, excessive vomiting, dehydration or symptoms associated with pneumonia (consult our cold/flu/stomach flu symptoms chart for more information)
- Severe stomach pain with high fever, pain in other areas of your body and persistent nausea or vomiting
- Side pain with high fever, dizziness and gastrointestinal or urinary issues
- Trouble breathing with pain or fatigue
